Payment Conditions
Before any video services are rendered, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. On completion of video services, the remaining 50% is required before the distribution of the final video. If the client is unsatisfied with the final video, he/she has 15 days from the date of receiving the video to request a refund of which 50% will NOT be refunded.

Request of Game/ Match Recordings
Carib Athletes will not be held responsible for games missed due to cancellations, rescheduling, or field changes within 24 hours’ notice of game time. Carib Athletes have no control over the outcome of a game or the performance of the player/ athlete.We do not give refunds for games recorded where the player had a poor performance or did not play for a significant portion of the game. If any additional video footage is requested and recorded, there will be an additional cost. Unedited video footage (recorded by Carib Athletes) used to create highlight videos, IS NOT included in ANY highlight video package.

Video Content
Biography pages are included in all videos; pages feature information about the athlete inclusive of their general sporting information and contact information. Carib Athletes provide a selection of instrumental beats that can be added to the video by request. The client is free to add their own choice of instrumental music however, it should be noted copyright selections can prevent YouTube videos from gaining visibility due to copyright infringement and restrictions. Highlight videos range in length depending on the video type requested. We advise persons to view our videos on our YouTube Channel CaribAthletes and our website before making a request/ order.

Access/ Collection/ Sharing
One (1) edit is allowed for any changes to the initial draft copy of the highlight video. An initial draft copy of the video will be sent via a private YouTube link for 48 hours, for the client’s review. After reviewing the video, revisions will be made if needed as it relates to errors, edits, and/ or deletions of video clips. Any additional video clips to the existing footage will incur an additional fee. On completion of video services, a digital copy of the video will be shared via WeTransfer, and a copy will be uploaded for public viewing via YouTube, unless otherwise specified.

Timeline for Completion
Highlight videos take 7 to 10 business days (M-F) for us to complete. Note: the 7- 10-day project completion period begins after receiving and/ or the recording of all footage, images, and any pertinent information needed to start the project.

Ownership
Carib Athletes retains all ownership of highlight videos done by us. Highlight videos can and may be used by Carib Athletes for promotional purposes, including on our website, social social media pages, and other media sharing platforms.
